Return or exchange

Returning or exchanging goods is simple and we will try to handle it before the law dictates

If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product or you chose the wrong size or color, please let us know and we will refund or exchange the product. It won't be without asking because we care why you weren't satisfied, but we will always respect your decision. By law, you have 14 days to return the goods, we don't want to stress you out, so you have 30 days from us to think about it.

Return or Exchange Procedure:

1. Please fill out the online form below.
2. Pack the product in the original packaging and make sure that the packaging contains the original label with your name, or add your name, or add the order number (this is the number that starts with #).
3. Take the package to the nearest Post Office branch. You can find the nearest branch HERE .
4. In order to be able to send the parcel for free, report a special code to the Post Office 96568912.
5. We will process the return or exchange as soon as possible (usually within two days of receiving the goods) and let you know.
