Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange your purchase free of charge within 30 days.

1. Sign in using the email address from your order — you will receive a one-time code by email.
2. Open the order, select the item and submit your request.
3. For an exchange, specify the required size or colour in the note.

Take the parcel to any Zásilkovna branch and use code 96568912. Include your order number or name. We usually process returns within 2 business days. Exchanges are subject to availability; otherwise, we will issue a refund.
