Tracksuits can be hand washed in lukewarm water with a little baby shampoo or a specialized detergent. Rinse them lightly, rinse and spread them horizontally on a towel to dry naturally. You can then iron them at a low temperature. Some washing machines even offer special programs for delicate materials. But please ask your washing machine about that.
