Don't worry about it! Cashmere is a natural material, it breathes, and therefore gets dirty much less than synthetic materials. It needs to be cleaned less often. The product can be washed by hand in lukewarm water with a little baby shampoo or specialized detergent.
100% cashmere will always pill, it is a natural process. To remove it, we recommend an electric lint remover from Steamery , which is gentle on the fibers. For a quick refresh without washing and smoothing out fine wrinkles, a steamer is great, and a garment brush will capture dust and dirt.
